Financial Accounting Manager

This rapidly growing, boutique investment house, based in the West End, has experienced global success and as such has created the new role of Financial Accoutning Manager.

Reporting to the Global Finance Director and managing a team of 2, the role includes:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis, consolidated accounts for multiple subsidiaries
• Annual and quartlerly FCA reporting
• Co-ordinate the annual financial audit, including overseeing the preparation of statutory accounts, working closely with the external auditors and working on technical accounting queries
• Review of tax filings including Corporation Tax, VAT returns, P11D and PSA
• Playing an active role in global projects and strategic initiatives
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams, play a critical role in driving business understanding of the
• Drive greater efficiencies through the finance systems

As a qualified accountant with indepth technical accounting knowledge, you will demonstrate impressive levels of communication skills and gravitas, intellectual horsepower and the ability to problem solve within a fast paced growth environment. Experience of the investment banking sector is not a pre requisite however the ability to interact with and influence senior stakeholders is essential.
