CFO

A fast-paced growth technology business backed by a notably successful   private equity firm, has an opening for a highly adept finance executive to join their ambitious team. This unique and challenging role needs someone capable of driving the finance function whilst maintaining the highest standards within the financial and wider business remits.

The CFO's responsibilities will include:

• Represent finance as well as operations at board level  
• Spearheading business growth through expansive acquisitions and organic growth
• Partnering with the CEO to define the business' strategy and risk analysis
• Board reporting and presentation of board packs
• Liaising both internal and externally with key stake holders to achieve successful goals
• Monitoring and reporting on key business metrics and measuring company performance through a variety of methods
• Communicating and reporting to the private equity house, as well as implementing board feedback effectively
• Improving overall quantity of work performed while maintaining high quality

The successful candidate will:

• Experience working as a CFO/FD  in a technology business
• Experience taking a business through a sale process successfully to capital realization is preferable
• Ability to focus on the detail and intricate points of accounts
• Practical and demonstrable knowledge of successfully implementing financial change and operational acumen
