Finance Manager

My thriving private equity backed client have experienced significant growth over the past 4 years, they are looking to accelerate their international expansion and require a Finance Manager to oversee all financial activities, as well as support the senior management team and wider business, in their decision making.

This person will ultimately become the Group Financial Controller in 18 months, therefore it is seen as critical that the chosen candidate has aspirations to progress their career.

Working with a dynamic ACA qualified Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be tasked with reporting to Private Equity investors, manage the bank relationships and facilities to maximise cash flow, as well as lead a finance team.

You will partner with Department Director’s to drive profitability and performance, as well as lead the commercial output of the finance team including pricing, NPD and promotional activity, assessing long term financial trends and prospects for future growth.

The opportunity would ideally suit an ACA qualified Accountant with a high degree of commercial acumen and strong analytical skills.
