This highly successful business has shown exponential growth over the last 5 years. With ongoing growth and continuing expansion they now require a commercially astute Accountant to support the Commercial Finance Manager and the Group Finance function.

Your new role
The successful candidate will work closely with the management team to proactively provide insightful financial information used in budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis and business plans. You will take a lead in reporting improvement projects and be proactive in championing business improvement initiatives. This is a progressive role with a key focus on process, systems and business improvement. You will work daily with various finance and non-financial departments across the group

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a Qualified accountant with strong commercial skills and an analytical approach. ERP systems experience will be beneficial and you must have progressive attitude to business improvement. This role could suit a candidate working in a large practice who has worked with large complex Accounts/Audit and understands robust reporting standards and Accounting principles. However both industry and practice backgrounds will be considered
