Group Accountant

An opportunity has arisen for a nearly / recently qualified accountant to join the Head Office function for this £80m turnover successful international group.  This would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to make their first move from professional practice, or someone who has trained within industry and is now looking for greater variety and breadth in their role.

The organisation is currently undergoing a period of change so it's likely your role will grow and develop as you settle in.  Reporting to the Group Financial Controller you will provide a range of support to monthly, half yearly and annual reporting, systems and other projects, routine and ad-hoc analyses and a variety of other group tasks as required.

To be successful you must be close to or have recently attained professional qualification (likely ACA / ACCA) with a strong academic record.  Whilst your existing experience and technical expertise are important what matters more is you - in particularly we are looking forward to someone who is bright, keen and pro-active, eager to learn and grown in a truly dynamic organisation.
