Head of UK Finance

An excellent opportunity to join an international engineering and management consultancy business, that is a market leader, based walking distance from Waterloo Station.

Reporting to the Global Head of Finance this is a newly created role managing a UK based and offshored SSC to deliver all month/period end reporting. This will include statutory accounts, VAT and Corporation Tax, including overseas subsidiaries and cash flow forecasting. There will be travel to Southampton once a week and occasional travel to Europe and India.

This is a senior position which will ideally suit an ACA Qualified accountant who completed their qualifications within a Big 4 / Leading Audit firm and has subsequently progressed to gain commercial experience within a large commercial business. Statutory reporting and UK Tax experience is an essential requirement for the role.
