Mortgage underwriter job available working for a established specialist in Solihull

Your new company
Our client are a true specialist in their field, with an established client base and service offering. Their bespoke service offers products for professional, large-scale landlords as well as residential investors. Due to a period of successful growth, they are now looking to appoint five experienced mortgage underwriters.

Your new role
As an experienced mortgage underwriter you will be required to assess, analyse, underwrite and process all new buy-to-let mortgage applications from start to finish. This will include detailed assessment of applications and the preparation of detailed risk analysis, including summary and recommendation.

What you'll need to succeed
It's essential you have previous experience working in a similar role, with experience in mortgages, specifically
experience of reviewing and understanding company accounts, cash flow forecasts and business plans. CeMAP qualification is desirable but not essential.
