Head of Finance
The Opportunity
I am currently working with a rapidly growing co-working business who are looking to recruit their first permanent hire in finance. They currently operate 5 sites in the UK and count a diverse range of businesses as their clientele, from start-ups to established international brands. This is a great opportunity to become a finance leader who will play a key role in the expansion of the company.
The Role
Reporting directly to the founders and the board, you will be responsible for building and developing a successful finance function, with full ownership over all key finance processes. This company currently rely on an external firm of accountants, you will be bringing the finance function in house and consequently will need to implement necessary processes and controls to suit the businesses requirements. This role will provide the Directors with insightful information to ensure informed strategic decision making.
The Requirements
- Be a qualified accountant, preferably audit trained (ACA)
- Have more than 2 years PQE
- Have experience of working within industry/ commerce
