An outstanding opportunity for a high calibre, Senior Commercial Finance Manager to join one of the world's fastest growing and best loved FTSE 100 brand names.
This is a highly visible and critical role reporting into the Commercial Finance Director and will business partner with the global marketing and innovation team and Chief Marketing Officer.

The successful candidate will drive performance through constructive financial challenge and financial analysis. Stakeholders will rely on your superb financial insights, which will help them make critical decisions along the way. The successful candidate will work with global function leads to deliver PBIT and Capex targets to stretch performance.

-Budgeting and forecasting
-Business case support
-Project appraisal and asset optimisation
-Provide critical financial support and guidance to our global functions
-Help drive global function decision-making
-Become a trusted business partner and make a real impact to sustained growth

The Key skills and experience we are seeking are:
-Degree educate CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified with significant PQE in relevant Business Partnering positions
-An excellent track-record of academic and professional achievement
-Gravitas, credibility and proven senior stakeholder management skills
-Strong modelling and return on investment appraisal experience
-Understanding an innovation/R&D pipeline for bring new products to market
-Commercial marketing assessment in terms of media/mix and working and non-working media
-Retail/FMCG experience ideally in a large FTSE 100 or equivalent organisation.
