Reed Finance are currently working exclusively with a prestigious college based in Oxford to recruit a College Finance Manager.
Working in an amazing setting in central Oxford this role will be the managing a small team and reports directly to the Bursar and the fellows.
You and your team are responsible for all elements of finance - management accounting, financial accounting, budget setting and analysis, managing endowments and investments, VAT returns and supporting commercial analysis.
The key requirement of this position is that it requires massive transformation, upgrades to processes and systems and a complete overhaul of controls and policies - this is a big challenge but will be massively rewarding.
