Finance Manager required for a hugely successful Bewdley Company

Your new company
This established and unique Company based in Bewdley are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join their successful Management Team. The Company's location is easily commutable from Worcester, Kidderminster, Tenbury Wells areas.

Your new role
As the Finance Manager you will be responsible for a finance team, reporting directly to the MD, leading the finance function to deliver all forecasts, budgets, monthly reporting, liaising with external contacts, ie auditors, banks and working closely with Sales to ensure margins are hit by managing product costings and production costs.

What you'll need to succeed
As the Finance Manager you will be a Qualified Accountant with solid experience gained in manufacturing, agricultural or retail environments. This is very much a hands on role and you will be working closely with Operations to ensure budgets and margins are hit.
