Have you had experience as a Finance Compliance Manager within the car industry? 
Automobile background is the ideal candidate experience 
 
 
Duties 
As F&I Manager you will manage all Finance & Insurance "F&I" and General Data Protection Regulation "GDPR" regulatory compliance requirements 
 
Daily duties ;
· To be responsible for the F&I and GDPR compliance 

· To assist in reporting and compliance with the Data Protection Act and prepare for the General Data Protection Regulation 
 
· Maintain and update all regulatory documentation and manuals 
 
 · Training and Competency. 
  
· Analysis of customer complaints records . 
 
 · Monitor customer feedback from internal surveys . 
 
 · Support with the analysis and evaluation of regulatory changes for inclusion in procedures and likely impact on business, both financially and operationally

.  Implement a schedule of audits. 
 

 What I will be checking for from you . 

. Compliance experience . 
. Possess an ATA qualification . 
. Knowledge of UK regulatory framework and F&I/FCA/DPA.. 
. You will also need to hold a full UK Driving License .
