Associate/Director/Partner

My client, a well-run and expanding Accountancy Practice based near Warrington, are looking for a qualified Practice Senior Manager, Associate or Director to join their Senior Management team and contribute to their continued growth and improvement.

The partners describe themselves as business people who are running an Accountancy firm. They have business coaches who are assisting them in growing from a £1million practice to a £6 million practice, this is their long term goal. They are looking at improving all areas of the practice, are open to new ideas and would encourage you to contribute to their improvement.

They are currently a x3 partner practice and deal with clients up to £60 million t/o

The role would involve a profit share leading to a salaried partnership. The last Associate to join made Partner in 18 months. The role would involve leading the business unit containing Audit & larger clients and undertaking special projects such as company purchases & sales as well as contributing your ideas to improving other areas of the business.
