Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities will include providing leadership and direction to wider FP&A teams, delivering timely and insightful financial reporting to drive profitability, establishing strong working relationships with senior business stakeholders, providing support across business change projects and new deals, delivering accurate budgeting and forecasting, ensuring that financial models are critically reviewed regularly, contributing to the continued embedding of a risk based culture within finance and the wider organisation.

The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with demonstrable commercial finance experience gained from within the insurance sector. Applicants must possess the capability to evaluate and challenge business proposals in a constructive manner. Personal qualities of integrity and credibility are vitally important.
