Assistant Financial Accountant

You will be working for an exciting, high growth business in Lichfield as an Assistant Financial Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity within a dynamic environment that offers study support and genuine progression opportunities.

Assistant Financial Accountant duties:
As Assistant Financial Accountant you will be required to assist with balance sheet reconciliations, monthly reporting of old items, monthly VAT calculation, year end process, ensuring KPI's/statistics are up to date and maintaining the financial database. You may also be required to train other members of the finance team, other ad-hoc duties may be required.

The successful Assistant Financial Accountant will need:
Experience reconciling balance sheets, assisting with year end processes and VAT calculations. You will ideally be part qualified ACCA or have completed your AAT in order to be considered for this position. Previous experience in a similar role will also be advantageous.
