Corporate Finance Analyst

Partner Financial are working with a leading edge business with a strong online presence having undertaken a growth focussed investment strategy. The business’ EBITDA and Group revenue continue to perform incredibly well and above segment comparisons. The Group is ideally positioned to continue to expand by acquisition and from a continuation of momentum from within the business, particularly internationally. Culturally, thinking ‘customer’ is fundamentally important to support the long term prospects of this brand.

This is a business critical role and the successful candidate will have the following attributes:

• Experience building ‘user-friendly’ financial models from scratch, ensuring they can be understood and utilised by other members within the team;
• The ability to build long-term financial plans, which align with the strategic objectives and will ultimately support the business in achieving their ambitious growth plans;
• The ability to analyse and quantify the impact of potential opportunities;
• The ability to extract data from available sources, but more importantly being naturally inquisitive allowing you to ascertain information when data is not readily available and translating into useable insights;
• Experience building a variety of models, including but not limited to Investment Appraisals, Valuations, P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow;
• Exposure to IPO’s or M&A;
• A naturally commercial individual who has the gravitas to impact business strategy;
• A qualified accountant (ACA) with Investment Banking or Corporate Finance experience.

*This is a 3 month contract with a start date of Monday 7^th August.
