I am currently recruiting for a leading Manufacturing business in Coventry. As is a key function to any Manufacturing business, my client requires a very good Cost Accountant to join the team, and really drill into the key performance indicators within the organisation. As Cost Accountant, your main remit will be to strengthen and continuously develop the margin reporting process and the bill of materials reporting. Key Responsibilities:Develop systems (SAP) and cost controlMaintain, troubleshoot and develop margin reporting processes to ensure efficiencyEngage with stakeholders to drive awareness of cost monitoringSupport the logistics and production teams in report writing, metrics and advice on compliant process to enable effective financial control Develop/Calculate and Load cost rates into ERP, whist explaining/verifying variances Implement feedback loops between Production and Logistics Key Attributes:ACCA/CIMA Part QualifiedManufacturing/Costing background ideal
