Our client is a rapidly growing international creative and technology business based in London.
Finance Director
Reporting to the VP for Finance, you will lead the finance team and work closely with the rest of the leadership team to shape and support the future growth of the business. The role is critical in the evolution of the business and broadly covers the following areas of responsibility:
Reporting - managing the finance function, ensuring the integrity and robustness of the company's financial information.
Operations & Strategy - lead the budgeting and forecasting process, develop exceptional cash management practices, provide advice on tax and hedge strategies.
Systems - design and implement new systems and infrastructure to support rapid growth and scalability.
Team - build, manage, grow, motivate, develop and lead the finance team during a period of rapid growth.
External - management of external stakeholders including auditors, accountants and tax advisers.
Who we're looking for:
- A first class operator with experience of growth businesses, able to scale up a finance function
- A qualified accountant, with strong technical abilities
- A desire to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to work closely with operational colleagues
Remuneration: £80,000+ depending on experience
