Churchill Howard are working with one of the Midlands’ finest employers to recruit a Group Reporting Manager. This role centres around consolidating the UK businesses’ reporting to Board level. Strong stakeholder management skills required along with an excellent technical background – likely a Top 10 practice trained individual seeking a second time move.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving improvements in consolidated level reporting
  • Engaging board level stakeholders; ensuring reporting is relevant, accurate, timely and supporting decision making at the highest level
  • Managing a small team responsible for ensuring the data coming from the business is fit for purpose
  • Supporting, educating and challenging Head of level within the divisions to develop and improve their internal reporting
  • Continuous improvement, from team development to business strategy.

 

Key requirements:

  • Qualified accountant, ACA preferred
  • Experience in management / financial reporting within a large corporate environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage demanding stakeholders in a complex environment
