Excellent Opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a small and friendly finance team at a well established SME based in Manchester. You will be predominantly responsible for the sales ledger, however it will include some purchase ledger and general accounting.

Responsibilities:

*Credit control/Sales Ledger
*Processing GBP/USD sales invoices and credit notes
*Preparing dollar sales invoice documentation
*Dealing with credit insurers and invoice finance
*Dealing with queries over telephone/e-mail
*Posting cash receipts in multiple currencies
*Customer account and bank reconciliations
*Purchase Ledger
*Weekly and month-end debtors reporting
*Taking cheques to bank weekly
*Other ad hoc duties


Requirements:

*Excellent communication skills
*Organised and reliable
*Good time management and job prioritisation skills
*Intermediate Microsoft Excel
*Microsoft Dynamics experience NAV desirable

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within an SME. You will be self motivated and happy to work in a small team.
