As the Finance Business Partner your ability to work with the business is absolutely key and be prepared to make the business your customer.

• Build strong relationships with all key departments and operational teams
• Make a clear impact in the commercial business planning process and assist in strategic analysis
• Provide key financial analysis and information to assist in the completion of the P&L reporting across allocated divisions
• Develop and implement key performance measures including trends and finance and operational data that contribute the more efficient running of the business

As a finance business partner you will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good mathematics and attention to detail.

As part of the role you expected to commit to a programme of study to achieve your CIMA qualification.
