Position: Accounts/Audit Clerk (Student)
Location: Letchworth, Hertfordshire
Salary: Salary £13,000 or 19,000 plus full study package
Reporting to: Managers

AAT Trainee
Our client is looking to add to more trainees to our team, based at our Letchworth Garden City office in Hertfordshire. We are a proactive organization that have grown organically and through key acquisitions have ensured we maintain our core values and beliefs. With an established client base from a variety of industry sectors, we are always looking for ways to grow and win new business, making this is an exciting time to join the organization.
We are looking for two trainees to complete their AAT and then progress to ACA/ACCA qualifications.

Normal working hours: 37.5 per week, to be worked from 8.30am to 5.00pm. Flexible working is available and will be discussed individually.

Skills required for the role:
A minimum of 3 A levels grade C or above
A minimum of a 5 GCSE’s at grade C or above (Including Maths and English)
Excellent communication skills and high standards of written and spoken English.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload.
Ability to work independently with some guidance.
Attention to detail, a professional approach to the tasks given and lots of common sense.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent keyboard skills - intermediate or advanced experience of Excel would be a distinct advantage.

Salary £13,000 plus full study package
You will be given paid leave in connection with studying for the AAT qualification and we will meet the costs of your course fees, exam fees and travelling expenses to and from courses.

Additional Note:
If so then Graduate minimum 2:1 degree plus 3 B’s at A level or equivalent £19,000 plus full study package and 20 days holiday plus statutory holiday (pay reviews are in April and October).
School leaver minimum 3 C’s at A level plus minimum grade C at GCSE in Maths and English £13,000 plus full study package to study AAT and 20 days holiday plus statutory holiday (pay reviews are in April and October).
