A fast-growing property development firm are seeking a Financial Accountant to join their Finance team in London. Working out of excellent offices in the heart of the city you will be joining a business that prides itself on its bespoke product, market expertise and ambitious expansion plans.
Reporting to the Finance Director you will take the lead on monthly consolidation of over 15 entities and ensure balance sheet reconciliations and utilisation requests are managed and reviewed. Your duties will also include the crucial tasks of improving the financial control of the Group and reporting to the capital and debt providers.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant who has an audit background and been practice trained. Strong technical skills are also desirable.
