A fast-growing property development firm are seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join their Finance team in London. Working out of excellent offices in the heart of the city you will be joining a business that prides itself on its bespoke product, market expertise and ambitious expansion plans.
You will work on both Corporate and Project levels and be the primary point of contact for the Group’s major shareholder. You will liaise with the Land team and provide insight on potential deals from a financial and investment perspective. Your duties will also include preparing the annual budget, cash flow statements on an accruals and cash basis.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with experience at a property developer or in private equity/ real estate investment. Proficiency in excel with advanced financial modelling skills is essential as well as exposure to analysing prospective land acquisitions.
