Management Accountant

Our client a successful manufacturer based in Leicester are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join there small friendly finance team.
Our client are looking for a Qualified Accountant with experienced finance candidate to develop further within this role.

This role is being recruited on a Temp to Perm basis.

The role will include but not be limited to:
- Reconcilation and Analysis work
- Assist in the development, implementation & provide an effective cost & management accounting service
- Be responsible for the Company's costing system and continuously develop it
- Assist in the analysis and investigation of all variances
- Development, implementation and preparation of departmental costs
- To manage the inventory of stocks of raw materials, W.I.P. & finished goods
- To manage manufacturing costing systems
- Assist with the preparation and submission of monthly accounts
- Review and develop systems and processes
- Other duties as required by the business

The person:
- Enthusiastic & co-operative attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Good communication skills, teamwork and leadership skills
- Ideally part qualified or QBE
- Experience in a manufacturing company would be beneficial
