Internal Audit Manager

I am recruiting the role of Internal Audit Manager for a global manufacturing organisation that has a first class reputation around the world.

The role reports into a senior finance figure at Group level and therefore has exposure to a very high level senior leadership team. This role will have future progression and the ability to broaden your skill set and experience within a couple of years.

Key responsibilities:-
• Conduct assigned audits from start to finish
• Supervise other audit assignments run by others to ensure the highest level of outcome
• Develop and implement specific audit programs and test procedures relevant to risk
• Obtain and review evidence ensuring audit conclusions are documented to the highest standard
• Lead or participate in department projects as assigned to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of department duties and responsibilities
• Lead process for interviews and hiring within the team

The candidate:-
• ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant with significant experience within a top 10 firm / practice
• Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally (more than 50%of the time)
• Ability to evidence prior success conducting external and internal audits
• Extensive experience in report writing and strong communication skills
• Ability to flourish in a fast paced, complex environment and willing to adapt to change
