Interim Accountant

Your new company
I am working exclusively with a choice employer in the Greater Manchester area, which is looking to recruit an interim Accountant on a 6 month contract. This position is also available on a permanent basis at the end of the assignment date.

Your new role
Supported by the head of school accountant and wider finance team you will be responsible for the month-end accounting in accordance with deadlines and policies. You will provide financial advice and support to various internal and external stakeholders regularly within the school.

What you will need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (CCAB) or equivalent) with extensive experience working in a finance business partner capacity. You will have sound technical accounting skills, the ability to analyse data and prepare written reports. Effective communication, persuasion and a resilient character is required in order to be a success within this role.
