greenwellgleeson is working exclusively with an expanding iconic business who are seen as one of the leaders in their sector. As the Group Reporting Controller you will report directly to the CFO and be a key point of contact with the UK main business and subsidiaries. The key duties in the role will include:-
* Production of the half year and full year consolidated accountants
* Supporting the monthly accounting process
* Ownership of the cash flow forecasting, manage the treasury function and banking relationships
* Analysing regional and subsidiary performance and help in producing monthly board packs
* Improving controls and process both in the group finance function
* Manage the transactions team
* Support M&A and post acquisition activities
To be considered for this role you will need to be:-
* Ideally an ACA qualified accountant having trained in a large audit firm
* Experience working in a group role within a large entity
* Technically excellent with a good understanding of IFRS
* Experience of M&A
* Excellent staff management and development skills
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
