Elevation Recruitment Group are currently looking to recruit an ambitious and commercially-minded Finance Business Partner for a leading manufacturing business based in South Yorkshire.
The role's primary purpose will be to proactively work with the finance team to identify and challenge key areas of business risk, establish and execute business improvement opportunities/cost efficiencies to maximise business performance and support the senior management team. The successful candidate would be expected to provide top class management information and sounding board advice through the use of a strong commercial finance skill set.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
*The timely production of management accounts
*Complex reconciliations
*Process and systems reviews
*Production of Management reports
*True business partnering with a large and dynamic business
*Financial Analysis
The successful candidate will require the following:
* CIMA/ACCA/ACA Qualification
* Proven commercial track record and ability to see the wider financial impact of business decision making
* Ability to communicate effectively with and influence both finance and non-finance personnel at senior management level
* Eagerness to assist in the continuous improvement of the organisation and promote, embrace and manage
