We are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join an impressive company based in Suffolk on a permanent basis.
The role will give you a great insight to the business within this forward facing role, and you will have significant influence on many strategic and tactical projects. This position will have exposure across the senior management team to include the CEO and CFO so you will need to have fantastic interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Review and overhaul the interaction of central and overseas control environments
- Responsible for the process of signing-off the divisional monthly and quarterly results
- Building financial and compliance awareness amongst the senior business management
- Analytical review and challenge of the performance of overseas businesses
- Working with the business to help interpret and roll-out changes to GAAP
- Working with project teams to track spend, advise GAAP implications and build budget and forecast capabilities
Key Skills
- Qualified accountant with relevant post-qualification experience
- Understanding of financial information systems, SOX and financial control environment
- Good analytical and financial modelling skills
- Interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively at all levels
