Our client are currently looking for a Credit Controller to work in the Exeter Depot. The successful candidate will be expected to assist the UK Finance Manager and ensure a proactive credit control function within the business.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a credit control role. You must be competent in Excel with strong organisational and time management skills. It is important that the successful candidate enjoys problem solving and has an analytical approach to tasks within the role. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must for this role. SAP experience would be desirable but not essential.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
Daily bank reconciliation, including allocation of payments and receipts.
New customer approval management and annual credit review.
Management of customer relationships and incoming receipt collection.
Management of invoice query log
To take an active role in the Cash Team.
Management of overdue debtors < 1.5%
