Head of Commercial Finance

Key responsibilities will include providing stakeholders with detailed financial analysis highlighting financial performance and implementing necessary recommendations, leading a team of experienced finance business partners, developing commercial solutions and challenging existing business thinking, financially evaluating marketing activity, creating sustainable working relationships with operations, delivering timely budgets, undertaking rigorous cost effective reviews across key processes, maximising system capabilities and prioritising commercial project work.

The successful candidate will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience of working within a dynamic, fast paced commercial environment. Applicants must be comfortable working with senior stakeholders and possess the confidence to challenge and influence successfully. Excellent analytical and excel modelling skills are essential and current insurance experience would certainly be advantageous. Both people and demonstrable leadership skills are imperative.
