Financial Reporting Manager, Uxbridge
£60,000 - £70,000 plus benefits

Our client, an impressive market leader within their chosen field, are looking for an intelligent and ambitious Financial Reporting Manager to join their team based in Uxbridge. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an intelligent individual to build on previous skills and experience and join a highly competitive progressive entity who have a track record for rewarding effort and accomplishments.

*Preparation of year end statutory accounts
*Reporting under UKGAAP / USGAAP / IFRS
*Compiling period end pack
*Preparing budgets, forecasts and helping to deliver improved KPI's throughout the business
*Ensure compliance and management of internal financial policies and procedures
*Ensure that internal controls are effective and monitored including compliance with SOX
*Manage internal and external audits
*Ad hoc projects as required

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with an impressive academic background and at least 3-5 years' experience. You must be able to demonstrate strong technical accounting skills and possess the drive and ability to assess and improve current procedures. You must be flexible, organised and able to meet strict deadlines. You will have excellent attention to detail, first class communication skills and the ability to work closely with Senior Management.
