Operations Analyst

BTG Recruitment are currently working with one of the UK's fastest growing businesses based in Cheshire. The business have grown at such a rate their team is constantly getting bigger. At present they need an experienced Operations Analyst to join their team.

The perfect candidate will have an analytical background and have excellent technical skills. Experience with data and using SQL to allow decisions to be made quick is essential. Someone with a passion for numbers, information and data will be the right fit.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery of Operations scorecard and analytical insight
• Providing relevant analysis that will allow the business to drive forward
• Modelling complex scenarios and making recommendations based on these scenarios
• Improving relationships by developing the insight and reporting capabilities
• Monitoring perfomance and looking for improvement opportunities
• Reporting that will improve customer experience

Essentials:

• A degree
• Excellent using data and SQL
• Experience making positive changes in previous employment
• An analytical mindset
• Great communicator - comfortable speaking with stakeholder
• Passionate about customers
