Financial Controller job for growing business in North Wales paying up to £60,000


Hays are delighted to be working with a well-known and profitable company in North Wales as they look to appoint a Financial Controller. The company has grown steadily for the last five years and now at £10m. Further growth is anticipated and the Financial Controller will be critical to this.

We are actively seeking experienced Financial Controllers who can perform in a stand alone role and support the Board of Directors. This will be a broad role and No1 in finance managing a small but experienced team. The primary function is to provide management accounts and KPI reports to enable swift decision making. As Financial Controller you will also work closely with external accountants, the bank and auditors to ensure the business is protected at all times.

Interested candidates should posses proven experience in broad roles encompassing all ares of finance. You will have an eye for detail and proactively look to improve systems, controls and processes in order to lead a value-adding finance team who really make a difference.
