My client, a fascinating business based in East Kent, is currently looking to recruit a Management Accountant to assist during a period of sustained growth.
As the Management Accountant you will be confident in the preparation of monthly management accounts including variances, commentary, and analysis of accounts and reporting to a senior level.
The role will include working with both Senior Financial and Non-Financial stakeholders on quarterly forecasting, yearly budgets and detailed high level analysis.
Above being a Management Accountant you will have a far more commercial input. You will have input across multiple areas of the business to really drive performance, minimise cost, maximise profit, analyse risk, analyse trends, and using your analysis of accounts to contribute to the business in a wider aspect.
Your role as a Management Accountant will consist of preparing the full management accounts pack including balance sheets, P&L, budgeting and forecasting, journals, year end prep (liaising with auditors) and HMRC regulations/compliance as well as VAT returns.
