Part Qualified Accountant

My client is currently looking to replace a key member of staff on a 6 month contract due to an internal project. This role is integral to the smooth running of the finance department and the ability for the team to meet tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities:

• Role is to primarily support the financial accounting team
• Performing intercompany recharges on a monthly basis, which requires detailed and accurate postings
• Supporting the management accounts team during month end close
• Various projects involving balance sheet reporting, this involves investigating differences and improving processes.
• SoX reviews and testing

Skills

• Ideally part qualified accountant, or finalist
• High quality documentation skills
• Self-starter and has a flexible attitude
• Proficient excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas)

Desirable
• JDE / ERP Knowledge
• Hyperion experience

This role will need someone who is immediately available or on short notice as start date is imminent.
