Frazer John Recruitment Finance Practice is currently recruiting for a growing housing association experiencing a period of change within their organisation who have a need for a Financial Controller to work out of their South Manchester based office.  

The Financial Controller will need to be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified with a strong academic background. Managing and motivating a team is essential and you will need to display a background of implementing robust processes and systems. The business is embarking on a large cultural change programme and are looking for an individual with a commercial outlook and strong work ethic. Any experience of working within housing would be beneficial although not essential. Key duties for the Financial Controller role will involve:-

• Monthly management accounts production
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Year-end accounting
• Cash flow analysis
• Liaising with auditors and banks 
• Systems improvements 
• Managing and motivating a finance team
• Ad-hoc project work
