Finance Business Partner

Frazer John Recruitment Finance Practice is recruiting for a UK wide services organisation in their recruitment for a Finance Business Partner to join their office based near Manchester Airport.

The Finance Business Partner will need to be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified with a strong academic background. Any experience of working within a construction, property, facilities etc. environment would be a distinct advantage. The capability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines is crucial. The Finance Business Partner will need to demonstrate a capability and a passion for building successful relationships throughout an organisation.Exposure of working with either Oracle or SAP would be preferable. Key duties for the Finance Business Partner will include:-

• Production of robust budgets and forecasts
• Finance lead at review meetings 
• Production of management accounts for the various projects
• Build and orchestrate an up to date reporting pack
• Analysis of costs and pricing of specific projects
• Act as the finance lead for all CAPEX approvals
• Improve processes and procedures in line with the business proposal
• Ad-hoc project work
