Fantastic opportunity to join a well-known and growing Creative Agency with an impressive client list.
You will sit in the commercial finance team, so must be confident in a client-facing role. You will be key in building and maintaining client relationships and form new ones as new business is won.
Business partnering with heads of departments in the Agency is key to provide them with commercial and strategic knowledge and advice.
They need an ambitious individual, as they are a growing business with plenty of opportunity for progression and promotions.
The role
- Revenue recognition and analysis
- Drive Agency growth and profitability
- Manage a junior analyst (and recruit more down the line)
- Revenue forecasting
- Business partnering with heads of departments
- Involvement with new client pitches
- Analyse the Agencies profitability and highlight key areas of risk
- Negotiating contracts and terms of business with the client
- Pricing and rate cards
- Provide commercial training across the Agency
- Procurement
- Work with in-house lawyers to finalise client contracts
- Ad hoc commercial projects/ analysis and reports
The person
- Ideally Fully qualified or finalist
- Experience in contractual review/ negotiations beneficial
- Marketing Agency experience essential
- A background having worked for a Marketing services network helpful
- Career motivated and looking to progress in the commercial finance route
- Comfortable in a client facing role
- Natural commercial thinker and problem solver
- Initiative, drive and ambition
