Our client is based in Esher, Surrey and are an established company working within the travel sector and due to  growth in the business they are looking to recruit a dynamic and hands on Finance and Procurement Administrator to join their growing team. The successful individual will have strong all round knowledge of procurement and purchase ledger administration.

Duties will include:

•              Administering goods in & docket keeping

•              Dealing with day to day invoice queries via calls and emails

•              Daily administrative Organisation

•              Assisting Procurement department & ad-hoc departmental duties

To be considered for this opportunity you should be able to demonstrate:

•              Experience within a Purchasing department

•              Experience in working within an office administrative environment

•              Strong Microsoft Office skills

•              Ability to work in a team and meet tight deadlines
