Senior FP&A Analyst
London
£50,000 - £55,000 plus package

We are searching for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join an international travel management business in Central London.
The company is in the process of global expansion as their dominance in the premium part of the market increases. Reporting directly to the FD, the Senior FP&A Analyst will be a key member of the Finance team that will help support the growth and development of the business.

What your main responsibilities will be:
The main requirements of the role centre around the following areas:
• Sales margin and profitability analysis by client & income streams
• Annual Budgeting and rolling monthly forecasting for all income streams
• Working closely with Sales & Account Management teams to ensure that they have a full understanding of a client’s financial performance and identify opportunities for margin improvements
• Board reporting on revenue performance by client, sector, territory and cohort across the Group
• Working closely with Management Accounts to ensure accurate and insightful commentary can be provided to management on the performance of the business
• Provide commercial analysis on projects to influence buying decisions
• Measurement and reporting on Key Performance Indicators
• Supporting the development of business intelligence tools to support management in responding to the business’s changing needs
• Ad hoc reporting

Who we’re looking for:
This is a company where personal fit is crucial, and they are actively looking for the following characteristics and qualifications:
• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA / ACA / ACCA / etc)
• Very strong excel modelling skills. This includes complex formulas and vlookups as a minimum.
• Previous experience in the B2B sector.
• Positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
•An honest person who can work well under pressure and enjoy being part of a larger team.
