Audit Senior

Leading regional accountancy practice seeks to attract an experienced external Auditor to join their Sheffield office as an Audit Senior.

This firm has an excellent reputation in the local market and is known for the quality of their work, their professionalism and their internal staff relations. They have a very low staff turnover and have a strong track record of internal promotion and are undergoing a period of expansion which has created this opportunity.

You will work as part of a highly successful team on a portfolio of the firm's more corporate clients, which includes limited companies, groups of companies, larger charities and education sector organisations, such as groups of academies.

*Maintaining professional client relationships.
*Planning and carrying out audit assignments.
*Working on more complicated accountancy assignments
*Supervising and reviewing the work of junior members of the team.
*Representing and promoting the firm, e.g. attending seminars and events.

The firm have an enviable and loyal client base and work closely with staff on personal development, helping them to realise their ambitions. Applicants will need to have previous experience of external audit and accounts production, and be professionally qualified (ACCA/ACA/CA). The firm are looking for motivated and ambitious candidates who want to progress in their field.
