Management Accountant

We are currently recruiting for a well-recognised brand business based in the Preston area, who are looking to recruit a technically strong and experienced Management Accountant into their current finance team. The company has a large customer base and a number of different products within its portfolio, they have grown organically over the last few years and require some support within the corporate reporting side of the business.

Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for:

· Responsible for the completion of the month end reporting pack and statutory reporting

· Manage overhead reports, revenue analysis and monitor cost centre expenditure

· Produce weekly and monthly rolling cashflow forecast statements, with both analysis and commentary

· Complete the VAT returns, HMRC reports and tax compliance

· Manage the month end reconciliations and cash movements

· Develop strong reporting controls and processes

The role would suit a candidate who is qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) and has already gained some strong reporting experience, preferably within a corporate reporting environment.
