You will work for a multi-award winning retailing establishment based at their Head Office in Kilrea. Your new role
As Accountant you will play a strategic and vital part in the Group's growth. You will report directly to the Managing Director and embrace the challenge of running the accountancy function for the Group. You will be required to provide analysis and commentary on business performance, take ownership of a robust financial control framework including statutory reporting and implement effective accounting systems to manage financial systems across the Group.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified and experienced accountant and must have a proven track record in accounting technical proficiency combined with business acumen and effective decision making skills. You will have experience managing a team, working in a fast paced and dynamic environment and experience of implementing accounting processes and procedures to maximise efficiency. You will have strong leadership skills, the ability to work collaboratively with excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen.

It would be desirable that you have experience of working within an accounts retail environment, experience of carrying out due diligence assessments for potential acquisitions and developing and implementing Company strategic plans.
