• Are you a friendly, outgoing and sociable Accountant who is immediately available to undertake a Finance & Office Manager role within Manchester City Centre?
• Do you thrive upon working in a vibrant, successful, modern and entrepreneurial environment?
• Are you a natural communicator who would enjoy a 'hands-on' role running the finance and office management requirements of this award winning business?
If so, we'd love to hear from you. We have been appointed on an exclusive basis to recruit a Finance & Office Manager for a vibrant and successful PR and Marketing agency based in Manchester City Centre. Driven by a passionate culture, my client has established itself in delivering services across PR and Marketing and Digital communications. My client works with a portfolio of customers across a diverse range of sectors but is specifically renowned within Property, Leisure and Lifestyle circles. Due to a significant surge in work, my client is looking to add to the team through the appointment of a Finance & Office Manager.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director of this boutique agency, this will be a 'hands on' role. You will be responsible for transactional requirements as well as establishing some key processes and controls. You will assist in bringing a backlog of work up to date, running the day-to-day operation, and prepare for Year End. Longer term, there will also be an opportunity to implement Month End reporting, for example, Profit & Loss, customer profitability analysis, consultant profitability and identification of cost savings. You will also be a team player who is happy to assist with other administrative duties as and when required.
The culture is friendly, modern, dynamic and supportive - evidenced in the successes that the business has achieved. You will play a key role in the operation of the finance and administrative function, and in turn, that of the business. The ideal candidate will have strong inter-personal skills, be bright and well presented. Knowledge of Xero is advantageous but not crucial. With the ability to work as part of a team and build relationships with other departments, you will combine organisation with speed and urgency. You will value a business that values its people and conduct yourself with integrity and professionalism.
Offering a competitive salary and fantastic work culture, this is an excellent opportunity with a modern business based in the heart of Manchester City Centre.
To be considered for this opportunity, apply without delay.
