My client is an instantly recognisable brand name within Northampton and boasts a strong global presence; they are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join their established and successful finance team.

The successful candidate must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with minimum 3 years PQE; you will have a good understanding of IFRS, and US GAAP would be beneficial. You will have experience of producing monthly financial reports and will have proven experience managing stakeholder relationships with both finance and non-finance colleagues. You will have a demonstrable background working as a Finance Business Partner in fast-paced, commercial environment. Experience working in manufacturing is highly advantageous, as is familiarity with SAP.

This Finance Business Partner role will include but is not limited to the following:
- support production of monthly management accounts
- act as a key business partner for senior management to provide timely and accurate insight on current financials, as well as historic performance and future projects
- support wider finance team with periodic reporting
- support cost saving initiatives
- business partner with sales team for new business quotes
- support analysis of company performance and project profitability
