This is an exciting career opportunity for a Qualified Commercial Finance Manager to embark on a career within the UK Head Office of an instantly recognisable £1Bn t/o Global brand. In a highly visible, key role within the business your remit will to be accurately report on and challenge business trading KPI's and investments across all business channels, with responsibilities including:

  • Challenging the E-commerce team in all aspects of their performance and drive out action plans to address issues. This includes Ongoing commercial review of the E-commerce P&L and short term plans to address immediate issues, influencing courses of action and ultimately supporting business strategy.
  • Identifying and highlighting courses of action within the E-commerce function that may be detrimental to the business and assist in the development of alternative actions.
  • ROI and payback analysis for store refurbishment programme.
  • Working closely with marketing to produce and analyse Multi-Channel reports to help determine future marketing strategies of the business.
  • Maintaining an accurate and timely daily sales report for all UK business channels, detailing key website KPI's, and with analysis on daily movement.
  • Ongoing analysis on profitability of online only buys/online only promotions, and provide B&M/Ecom teams with valuable information to influence future buys.
  • Working closely with B&M and Retail in reporting on key business events, providing valuable analysis for the business to take action on.
  • Working alongside Marketing and B&M to produce a valuable analysis on Mailer and other Marketing campaigns.
  • Working closely with the E-commerce team during Budget process to product accurate KPIs that influence the cost base.
  • Line management of a commercial analyst within the team providing continuing support and development opportunities to aid their progress.
  • Effectively network with peers across the department and in the business in order to build effective working relationships and support high standards of output across the wider team

Applicants must be fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with previous experience of operating in a similar profile Commercial Analyst/Business Partnering role with a strong commercial acumen and the credibility & gravitas to build strong business relations and the strength of character to support and influence senior decision makers.. You will have a strong technical & analytical approach and will be organised, self-motivated & proactive - thriving off a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
