FP&A Manager

A rapidly growing leisure and hospitality business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant to set up and lead its FP&A function.

A recently created role as a result of rapid business expansion, the FP&A manager will work closely with the Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer and be the central point for the flow of much of the organisation's management information. As the business expands further into multiple sites and overseas this role will be critical for ensuring that decisions are based on sound analysis.

The role will involve working predominantly with the Finance department but will also involve ensuring that management information flows from across the business are captured, combined and analysed appropriately. It will be a unique position within the head office team, with exposure to, and insight into, all the businesses in the organisation.
Whilst the candidate should be someone who is happy to get into the detail, rapid completion of projects on multiple fronts is important. An attractive element of the role will be managing multiple projects at once and interacting with many different teams in the business.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified and you must have strong modelling skills and experience of pulling together management information for senior level.
