Part-Time FD (Tech-Sector) £500-700 per day.
Our client is an early stage high growth B2B tech business who is seeking a Part Time FD for 3-4 days per month. They currently have offices in London & Singapore and are planning further international expansion.
The role is a varied position and will encompass the following duties:
- Manage outsourced finance function
- Assist with major customer agreements
- Currencies and hedging
- Financial modelling for expanding into new territories
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Work closely with CEO, Chairman and investors
- Statutory accounting
- Assist with the statutory requirements of opening new international sales offices
Essential experience:
- Fully Qualified Finance Director
- Experience of B2B software / tech sector
- International high growth experience
Remote working will be offered but the successful candidate must be able to attend monthly board meetings in London. To be considered you must be available at short notice with a background in high growth tech businesses.
